Returns

You have an issue with a product? Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that, let’s fix it!

Step 1. Please send a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and/or the issue are clearly visible in a single frame to teeark.designs@gmail.com within 15 days. We will assess the issue using this image and if applicable, we’ll send you a new item or refund you.

Step 2. If you’re asked to return the item >> Returning the item. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Normally we will not require you to return the garment, you will be notified if this is the case.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your complaint and/or item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping

US Domestic Shipping

US Domestic Shipping is handled by USPS at the standard shipping cost ($4.75 as at 11/2023) as part of our service to you. We found shipping takes between 3 and 5 business days – however it may take longer, e.g. if posting to rural areas.

UK and Australia / International Shipping

We majority of our items are produced in the US at two print and fulfilment companies. However some of our inventory is aimed at the UK and Australian market and therefore some products will be produced in those countries for ease of shipping. Shipping will be via local postal services at the lowest postage rate. Please check shipping info at checkout. Thank you.
